One of the first steps in selling your home or property is to accurately assess its value in the current market.

We are pleased to offer you a quick estimate of your property's value by email.  If you will send your property's address and a brief description, we will research its value based on similar nearby properties which have sold recently.  We need to have the brief description so that we can make adjustments for differences between your property and your neighbor's (beds, baths, acreage, etc).

This quick assessment should give you an idea of what your property may be worth, but should not be used to set a final listing price.  The final price needs to take into consideration:

• An intense viewing of your property -- allowing us to assess it's unique features, quality, and condition
• Current Market Trends
• How long you are willing to wait to find a buyer

The Seller's Reports (see box) may be helpful to you.  The reports contain useful reminders for making your move easier.

In the Resource Center you will find links to helpful sites such as the IRS (home sale exclusions, deductible moving expenses), mortgage companies, and maps.  The Resource Center also has links to information about areas and schools all over the United States.
